These include defence, taxation, broadcasting, foreign affairs, Immigration and Asylum, Social Security and Benefits, Pensions, and many others. Some powers (over health, education and local Government amongst others) have already been devolved to the Scottish Parliament (after a very long campaign for 'Home Rule') which is now run by the SNP as a minority Government however many crucial powers are still held by Westminster and the parliament has to exist within a financial settlement dictated by the British Government. Most importantly independence would mean freedom for the Scottish people to choose our own destiny as a fully independent state with independent representation in Europe and the United Nations. There are lots of organisations which support independence and you will find pages on each of them on this site. By far the largest is the SNP, but there are other parties which support independence as well, most notably the Scottish Green Party, the Scottish Socialist Party, Solidarity and the Free Scotland Party.
